70% of the land in Eko Atlantic City has been sold.
40% of it is owned by Banks and other financial institutions. They rushed to buy the land before the value increases.

Good to know, and they bought the already reclaimed land or land that has yet to be recovered?

They are also buying land that hasn't been reclaimed.
It doesn't really matter if the land is reclaimed or not.....since there is a Masterplan. You buy based off the Masterplan. However it is not definite if all that land has really been sold, it is just speculated. I need to read other sources though to be sure of all of this. Sometimes people phrase things with ambiguity so things can be lost in translation. A lot of physical Infrastructure is also expected to appear this year.

There is already a thread for Eko Pearl Tower and work started on it a little before April 2011. So by now I'm sure they have made much progress.

This is valued at 5 Billion Naira (I don't know if this is the total project cost) ![]()

I wonder if this timeline already takes into account the new dredger that was brought in last year which is suppose to make work move faster.
