Yes Independence MO "Queen city of the trails" KCMO is its neighbor. That spiral building is the temple lot. Joseph Smith beleived it was the garden of eden.

none of those. keep guessing. Hint: This city has the most working fountains in the world outside of Rome. Thats how it got its nickname. That should make it easy, but you should still state what the building is.
