Wow! I think this is the vacant lot near Vito Cruz that I passed by last Sunday along Taft going to Buendia. It will surely complement the ever-changing skyline near DLSU area.

For those with grade school kids, this is the perfect investment for you. Prepare a home for them when they reach College with a secure and affordable condo. This is also perfect if you are working in Makati which is just 1.5km away. A halfway home between work and school!

Is the location good for future rental opportunities? At the moment, how much is a STUDIO rental rate in this area of Taft Pasay?

Looks good. Did i see the render right? the amenities are ground level and fronts taft avenue? if so, it'll definitely make the place look much better. that area's way too dark as it is now due to the LRT.

The amenities would be at the back of the 2 towers... Amenities would be facing Donada St./ Manila Sanitarium Hospital....

Aww. I had hoped it'll face taft. Still a good addition there though. But i hope that the building will be built a reasonable distance from the LRT, to allow more natural light to brighten up that area.

It is actually better for the amenities to face Donada instead of Taft. I wouldn't want to be swimming facing the LRT and near taft's smog.

By the way, I just reserved a unit here. Per their latest availability sheets, 1bedroom units is already SOLD OUT. Few Studio units remaining. Yung 1Bedroom and Studio units kasi are only up to the 17th floor. 18th floors and UP are already for 2-3 bedrooms. So i would assume malaki talaga ang demand for studio and 1bedroom due to limited supply.

They officially started selling only last Monday, Aug15. Pero prior to that, they already received a number of reservations. FIrst bldg is about 50% sold out, and they haven't even had brochures yet.
