It is usual between 4.0 m to 4.5 meters per floor for office tower. Even 5 m. but rare. Shanghai tower is with 4.5 m. per floor but without the mechanical floors. Here 528/108=4.89 per floor. This is a rough average height.

I thought Beijing was mostly grey skies due to the pollution
