This building is massive, with an huge floorplate as can be seen in comparison with the tower cranes! And unlike the current Infosys buildings, it is also pretty tall, at 16 floors or so. So it will be one of the most imposing structures anywhere in the State and that too right on the NH 47.

I read somewer in the net that "NH66 starts from mumbai and runs till trivandrum wer it meets NH 44"
but NH 44 is the new form of North south corridor, which is kanyakumari-srinagar... hmm, so NH 66 is till tvm or cape??

Lovely updates Jomy, thanks amigo! You are spot on, this monster is about a million SF but more importantly it is 16 floors high (about 200 feet), which means it will be the most imposing building thus far at Technopark.

On a different note, the TCS DC going into construction means that 5 Million SF is physically under construction right now across TP - Infosys SDB 3 + MLCP + UST Global + Phase III + TCS DC. This is more technology space than what exists anywhere in Kerala outside TP and the greatest ever concentration of construction in the State's history! Gentlemen, history is being made in front of us, mark my words!!

I understand that this is not the tallest for the UST global since I count 20 floors in the design drawings shown in page 1, unless ofcourse they changed the original design itself.
