We usually don't create threads for suburban projects because of the lack of updates. But this thread should be fine since the developer has updates on their website.

The towers actually consist of 49 floors-> 4 level parking+ 1 lobby + 44 resi floors

Not many people may know this but If one looks closely at the picture which has copyright attributed to TOI then one notices that the tower is located on the edge of oshiwara nullah and the view from the windows will be that of Oshiwara cemetery /cremation ground. Not a +point for such large and luxurious project

Oshiwara was never a developed place to begin with . You will hardly find a desirable location in whole of Oshiwara right now . Its is just now that develpoment has started taking place there.

It is marketed as an extension of Lokhandwala for the people in entertainment industry.
The nallah is not a big deal as most of the posh buildings of Lokhandwala(Green acres, Lokhandwala club, Raheja classique etc) are alongside a nallah already.

By the way, the present day Lokhandwala is part of Oshiwara including CCD circle (shown in the movie fashion) and Tarapur Towers (of Shiney Ahuja fame). It is just extending its boundary . Already parts till Mega mall have become posh.

Yeah it was a stream/river (oshiwara river like mithi river), but municipal/revenue authorities deliberately changed its status to a nallah as this would require less effort on their part to clean and maintain it (mithi river is an example).

Hey..

Its a bit of an iffy location but this project is shaping up beautifully. Its much like the way when buildings like Godrej Planet etc came up around Jacob Circle everyone gawked at the location and now there is a huge fan following.. Its the same with Imperial heights.. Ideally speaking Lokhandwala wud be prime property there to create a project like this.. but there being no availability of such large tracks of land there.. the builders need to move inwards and northwards..

Yup, its the one coming up on the Oshiwara Bus Depot infact.. Should be , once ready, one of the most luxurious and sought after projects in the Western suburbs..
