@Officialdmcileasing... just want to ask, if you want to include your property in DMCI's rental listing for Flair, what would be the terms and the procedure? Will there be exclusivity, meaning, can you still market your own property or have other brokers market while your property is listed in DMCI's property rental listing or not?

Im starting to be a fan of dmci's projects. Lots of open spaces, and an atrium every 5 floors. But my question or any broker here, how possible is it to get a buy a unit after turnover. Like maybe 2 years from now, not only in flair but in other dmci projects as well.

It's easy. You can buy a unit if there is still available or there happens to be a reopened unit.

They typically provide a 5% or 10% downpayment requirement to move-in.

Hi,
i've got a question to all d agents/brokers in this thread.
This is regarding the recent VAT excempt changes.
The price list and computation of DMCI doesnt show d actual VAT amount. It just says VAT is included where it applies.
So for January 2012 onwards, shld we expect an updated price list for the 2bedroom units which are now included in the VAT excempt?
