hmmm.. didn't realise that it will be steel structure at first..
i guess that should in theory imply that they would finish faster.. but the current rate leaves much to desire.. |

its not steel structure, they build those temporary steel structures to pour the floors. Its the way Iranians do things... which leads me to believe that iranians are building this.

Actually it is less expensive as I heard, they remove those steel structures then use them in building another building.
Many building are being built through this method in Basra too. The workers/Engineers/staff are not Iranian. Probably, Iraqis who lived there and got exposed to this method. |
