@eaton.. let's hope so.. and if so, that area of manda will be gentrified.. (colgate Palmolive is in makati or manda?)

Heard from a source that this will be one of the essensa level of luxury, the name decided so far is Milano (patterned after Milan, Italy). This will be one of the 3 buildings that would be placed behind the Gramercy and beside the Knightsbridge. The other two buildings are: a high end medical center and then an office building. It is said to launch late this year.

Isn't that what they have said about all their projects since essensa? They sure like to mention they built essensa anyway.

but seriously, i hope CPI goes back to its roots - good quality projects. and they better hire a good architect and execute this project well. Milan? Versace? sounds like luxury to me.

Meron bang road expansion in that area. Parang super raming condo units from Picar, CPI, Venue and now this new project. Reminds me of Eastwood but it has C5 sa entrance.

Just like Eastwood pag nagtabiabi youn mga condo buildings, Will it eventaully pull down prices sa secondary/resale market?

Exactly. Can't they widen kalayaan? It's fast becoming a major road nowadays. Perhaps they can take over the parallel road inside San Miguel Village to widen kalayaan? the residents there will surely benefit from a widened and improved kalayaan.
