Yes. They called me and requested me to delete the thread since i started the thread. There was a memo from the Antonios to keep everything mum as of now. We can reactivate it after public launch. Mods, Pls Facilitate.

last update from my senior international marketing group is the selling price of the prking, same rate as gram, not bad. i kinda like the townhouse units with wading pools in the balcony, im waiting for the official decision whether to allow units with no parking since i already have a parking slot in gram.likewise i havent seen the actual site and orientation/direction of the building yet, cant make a decision. hmmm...

My take:
Skyscrapercity is a public forum and not within the reach or control of any developer to delete this thread. You merely started the thread, but you do not hold the rights for it to be deleted, much more Century. Once a thread is started, anyone can post and contribute to it. I say too bad for Century. This forum is merely a free exchange of information which is available to all and forumers here has the right to continue their posting and exchange of information.

century has no good experience with SSC, that's why they don't want a thread about Milan here. baka marami daw makabasa ng mga reklamo hehe.

i heard about the non-official media ban din from a friend from Century.

my take, this is a very very wrong move. with a project like this, you need all the hype you can get to make the market excited. but oh well, I'm not the Antonio's.

My guess, they're going to change the render we've seen. I want to think positive about this project, but the name Century makes me think otherwise. too bad.

I DONT REALLY understand why there is a need to stop this when the clients are getting the same information directly through our emails. maybe its more on the marketing strategy or perhaps competitor strategy to increase market stir and somehow "shake" and "rock" the boat

OK Century Marketing. I tried to have this thread closed as you can read. But SSC has been doing this for all projects in the Metro. So no need to be wary.

The show is moving on.

dapat lang na hindi isarado ang thread na ito para maging gabay sa mga nagbabalak bumili sa BAIT & SWITCH na CPI.

hintayin na lang ulit natin kung maglalabas ng picture si MANLOLOKONG AMBASSADOR ANTONIO na katabi si Donatela katulad nung nilabas nilang picture noon na katabi and Jerde.

I knew the mods will not delete the thread nor the forumers shall agree to the ban, at least century will see that i tried. So I tried. Read century!

SSC has been one of the first places to review up and coming projects from developers/builders. This will not change so long as there are information and insiders in this forum. We are here cause we all love developments! So, yay!

I don't see why they have to zero in on skyscrapercity. I have not seen anything here that's not available in countless ads over the net offering the Milan bldg for sale. ang dami kaya. even the supposed renders shown here are readily available on the net.

may specifics kasi na nakalagay here like yung loggia, etc.. also madami ditong buyers..

hhhmmm I can see your point rough , base on the rendering of Milan. Noticed the shape of Milan which is distinctly almost same shape as KB and as you have stated both establishment will be sharing the turnaround which makes more sense.

It would be an awesome combination with Milan's geometric lights and Knightsbridge's lanterns when lighted it would be an amazing sight at night.

Great to take a walk after dinner while sipping your after dinner coffee/tea, walking in an array of lights while enjoying the evening breeze.

And i think an added bonus ( just my wishful thinking) it would be great if they would build a fountain perhaps by the turnaround, that would just complete the ambiance.

Simply a fantastic plan.

With "Ambassador Php 20 Million" at the helm I won't touch Milan with a ten foot pole.

Here is a dubious thought. What if CP decided to change the name of this project just to start fresh on SSC?

But seriously, if I was going to buy a Milan condo, I will ask the agent to attach the brochure they used to convince me to buy. This way, this is a proof of what I bought and any significant change is a ground for cancellation of the sale PLUS damages to be paid to me by CP.

Also, I advise future buyers of Milan to invest Php 1,000 or Php 2,000 to have their sales contract explained to them by a lawyer BEFORE signing on the dotted line, specially the sentences that start with: ".... we reserve the right....," "...the builder is not responsible for..." "...the buyer is responsible for...," etc.

If only CP and its head, "Ambassador Php 20 million" were honest to buyers maybe just maybe, the buyers would have been understanding and forgiving. BUT no, they made their changes while everyone was sleeping.

I heard some buyers tried contacting Jerde in Los Angeles to confirm Jerde's connection to Gramercy Residences (another project of CP) but they didn't get any response from Jerde. These buyers were thinking of suing Jerde for false advertising. In the US false advertising is a very serious crime and under SEC rules, parties guilty of this crime are liable for monetary damages as well as imprisonment. So, I guess JERDE is wary about its involvement with "Ambassador Php 20 million." It will stain their professional reputation worldwide.
