It's always unclear if the height refers to the top floor or the roof, DOB isn't good at differentiating the two, hence how One57 was "953" feet tall.

It actually looks pretty good in that render. I've been sceptical of the thin+tall design, but perhaps it's growing on me.

This tower is so ugly, wow. The height is impressive, but the design just makes me not excited abt it at all. I hope ill get used to it.

Uuu me like it a lot Knowing the general idea of the design I'm not disappointed how it is turning out on the official renders. Great glass color. Dark, not some blue reflective crap. And great color of the grid structure.

I think you won't even notice it on a cloudy day because its so thin and a bit grey whitish.
