If it is straight up with no setbacks to 420m then it will be reminiscant of the twins to me , which is awesome, there are very buildings besides the old twins and maybe Aon Chicago that go up that sort of height with no tapering or setbacks.

if they build this tower the tower will be very very famous because the highest tower from NY is always famous

I quite like the idea of an ultra tall box design, though the details can really either make or break what it will eventually be.

It would be awesome if they would construct a twin to this building next to it. New twin towers is still what most people want to see.

As to the details, while I love boxy design I have to agree that the cladding will be very important for it. I don't like the cladding that it has at this moment. I think a black cladding similar to the Willis Tower would be best

Dunno where they would put it since I dunno what buildings are arround this tower and which of them, if any, are designated for demolition

Why do you assume, twin towers is what everybody wants? And there's enough black buildings in NYC. Trump Tower being the tallest, blackest, boxiest one.
