Here's a question, since most of us have established how One57 has the best view of Central park and 432 has the view of the city, I want to know how does the view of Central Park look like in 432 park? We have only seen view pictures towards the city. I recall an early rendering of 432 park that was from the view of central park up, and it deffinitly seemed like 432 park will get a pretty good view of central park also.

Until it stops being a big hole in the ground you're going to have to watch the web cam.

One57 will have a fantastic view of Central park but a limited view of the city.
432 Park Avenue will have a fantastic view of the city but, despite the fact that it is further from Central Park, I still think it will have a great view of it.

Sorry if already asked and replied...but will the top floors on 432 be one apartment per floor (360º view as in One57) or there will be more than one apartment?

Given the limited floor space of this building I'm 99% sure at least the top 10-15 floors if not the whole building will be one apartment per floor

So you are saying the top 10-15 floors of 432PA, will have a 360 degree view of the entire city?

That depends...if you are worth 30 billion, why not do both? Counting 29,9 billion is a lot of work....

Now we also see that what I think are even bigger form boards are delivered to the site.

What's also interesting to note is that the part of the site next to Park ave. that had it's concrete floor poured last remains untouched. This is most likely because the concrete still has to cure for several days. This was mentioned earlier, but it hasn't been a temporary show stopper for the start of the next phase in construction.
