Talking about the Sears, they actually had to repaint it to this color 2 years ago as part of making it greener.

City vs. city discussions are NOT allowed here. Please remember that you'll get punishments for starting it or contributing in it. Thanks.

It's mostly glass, so it should be.

Hardly. This thick structural concrete facade will be significantly visible from distance. I believe (and hope) it will look like on the second render posted by the Hudson most of the time. But of course at certain time in a day from right angle it will be reflective as any other skyscraper.

It's just a box.... But I think that the cladding will be special for such a simple design.

Unfortunately, the design is the other one and yes, it really sucks.

Are you kidding, right?

Yes, the overall design is kindly the same, but kid, can't you see any difference in the cladding?

But ok, I will make the things easier for you:

Ok,I'm sorry for calling you names but here,I'll show you're wrong.

The material being used will make it look reflective as can be seen here:

The other rendering shows the same degree of reflectiveness, thus the two posted by Hudson are of the same design.

No it won't, this render isn't official.

Try again.

Those are the renderings that the developer gave to the WSJ. This tower will be very reflective.

It's a 400m box with six floating segments.
