57th street cam is a good alternative.

Thanks for the pics. Very strange and interesting how the fencing got lifted. How and why did they do that?

I think it should be slightly wider. The SSP diagram shows tohe building too thin and 6 meters shorter.

Those columns sure are more massive than the ones on the other 3 sides. This is only speculation, but I guess that side will hold the cargo/supply entrance.

Happily, the cam on 56St. has been repositioned just now, with a nice overall view of the site. It has been readjusted lower, and panned to the right, so now one sees all the way from E.57 St (north), and a little of Park Avenue (east), and a bit of E 56 St. (south of site). This current view is very similar to the first cam view. My only complaint? I wish the resolution was a little better.

The cargo supply entrance is actually on the 56th street side, trucks can enter the vehicle lift to the underground floor there where the loading area is situated.

The reason why there are only 4 columns instead of 7 on the 57th street side is because on this side there will be low rise section up to the 6th floor. There are less columns because it increases the floorspace on this part of the building. On the 56th street side the tower will go up from street level all the way to the top.

What are the dimensions of the footprint? Are there any predictions do when we should see what the facade will look like?

Yes, but also take into consideration that it has 19 less floors of space. I wouldn't doubt it if this is only 600,000 square feet.

The site loads ok for me.

The 56th side looks completely ready for a pour!! But no pump or trucks to be seen so I guess it won't be today.
