Have the blueprints been posted here on this thread anywhere?
If so, could you repost them?

Some have been posted here in mid 2012, along with few shematic drawings, and poor renderings.

Yes, they are installing some formwork above ground level, but I don't think that's the first floor yet. Judging from the width of the formwork, the same of the columns, it seems like a perimeter beam that forms the square hollows of the facade, but inside will be double or triple height. Or maybe is the transicional element between the four and seven columns. Also could be a mezzanine.

They already had placed all the rebar cages of the ground floor, except the southwest corner.

That is what I was thinking might be the case, also wonder what the hold up is on that last cage, the rest have been in for some time

Some towers need 6 months or longer for that progress

Perhaps we should wait until there is a structure to actually clad...?

It's not even out of the ground yet and people are already talking about cladding?

Well that's what I was asking for. I was just interested in when people thought they would start to clad it.

..this buildings height:width ratio is insane.. it would freak me out to be on the top floor and feel the building sway. I want so much to see this building along with 225 W57th..
no one will be able to deny NY skyline anymore. Grand Central and Torre Verre as well..hope to find those renders with all in the skyline
