if i could ever afford one of those apartments, the first year i would probably spend in front of my HUUUGE screen tv, watching seinfeld, will and grace, sex and the city, mad men, 30 rock, sopranos, futurama, the lot

If I could ever afford one of those apartments, the first year I would probably spent in front of my HUUUGE windows, watching the skyline, the sunset, the sunrise, the tiny New Yorkers down there, Central Park, other projects.

I thought just over 100 million, but yes, I would expect similar or even higher numbers heren for the penthouse.
The floors below will be much cheaper.

I expect much higher prices than at 157. After all, this is a much taller building and the views will be much better
