And your thinking wrong. It's the A.I.G building(70 Pine street). It's the 6th or seventh tallest building in NYC.

Some quick facts: 70 Pine Street is 850 feet to the roof and 952 to the tip. It was the first building in the world to use double-decker elevators.

I like both ESB and 30 Rock, the former more than the latter, but I just can't put them on the same level as 70 Pine and Chrysler, which are the best of the best in my opinion.

My guess is that the developers of 432 Park were granted permission to use the roof to store supplies due to such a small amount of room on the actual site, as you can see. I could be wrong, but that'd be my best bet. It won't be demolished because if 432 Park Avenue could have utilized its space, it would have.

And it was the 3rd highest tower in NYC when build while it would have been the tallest building in the world if it was build just two years earlier.

Btw, the workers have some bad wether now, respect. They seem to build some sort of deck around the core.

I'm about 2.5 hours SW of NYC and i've got about 4" of snow already and it's nasty as hell out. Hopefully NYC doesn't get all of this like I am.

Il looks like it's wet snow so it dissappears on the ground, and it's very dark already.

I've seen it snow once in my life back in 2010. It was the first time it had snowed in 38 years here.

Yeah, most do. It's actually a nice sized city with a well-developed downtown. City-proper is 77,000 and metro is 165,000. By land area, it's larger than Paris. I hate it, though.
