I also have a few detailed shots of the scaffolding and wood mess that's gone up so far if you're all interested in seeing them.
I'm lucky to be in this bursting city so expect more photos in the future!

Here are some pictures from today. Note they show a bit of the new concrete and its color. You can't yet get a great shot of them because the fencing is in the way. But when they do the next level we will have good views. And although it was a Saturday I was again able to catch them in action.

Note the new concrete and the new rebar !!!

This picture is from across the street on Park Avenue. Notice how boxed in 432 Park is behind the black office building and other buildings. The lower floors really won't have views and those big windows will be annoying as your neighboors will have views straight in.

Nice update. I would start a curtain shop next door, you would do good business.
I get the idea how the concrete cladding will look on the whole tower.
It seems that there will be lines in the concrete.

I think this is the real sleeper hit in NYC, at least among towers actually U/C. That facade is going to look awesome.

Yeah, this looks so damn good. Like white stone or marble.

Thanks for the pics Dan.

Was going to say the same thing; like a beautiful white marble hewn from the ground itself, except far more smooth and polished than bare rock. Poetic in a way. Once that blue fades a bit, I can imagine this becoming a beacon in the sun once it's in the skyline. Looking forward to seeing more of the it grow!

Hahaha, yes, it is. And I believe those are entrances to the tower, but they are the exact proportions that the windows will be.

I am too for the most part. Once we get to the main portion of the tower it'll get much easier, I promise.

Oh, and did you get a PM I sent to you?

That's the facade? It looks pretty good for the first part! The white will contrast well with the Franklin Bank building next to it.

Yeah it looks great! I hope it'll ultimately be a little more white, but it looks great nonetheless.

The first floors won't have any residential units if I recall from the plans. Stuff like office, pool, mechanical etc. This should alleviate lower units from staring out of a window into a wall and having at least some elevation for a decent view. They'll be cheaper of course.
