That would make the height the same as the adress.
Which has something magical I think.
As I have said repeatedly, this building's address is 440 Park -- not 432. Thus, could only speculate that 432 refers to the height in meters. Neither the architect, nor the developers, are American. Therefore, they think in metric terms.

How could that be? if they are naming the building 432 Park Avenue, then that has to be the address, If the address were 440 Park Avenue, why would they name it 432 and not 440? because of the supposedly height in meters? I don't buy that, would be too confusing to sell a building as 432 Park Avenue and then say the address is 440 Park Avenue, it just doesn't make sense.

Was 440 Park the address of the former Drake Hotel? if so I guess they can change the address to 432 if they wanted, unless of course, in the previous block there is already a building with the address 432, or 434 or 436 or 438.

Or is it that any building in that block must have a number between 440 and 459? in that case I find it pretty absurd to name the buiding 432, even if that were the height in meters.

I agree!! Everything at the site even says "432 park ave" including some equipment. Hell they even have a website where the live feed cams are and it is called http://www.432parkavenue.com

that will indeed take some time, but it will overtake the townhouse neighbours with the next core jump.

Why would you call a building 432 Park Avenue if it's real address is 440 Park Avenue and make it's height neither 440 m or 432 m but 426 m, but that height isn't 100% sure.
Quite confusing.

Yay, that means it has surpassed 2 building on the block.
Btw I made a quick photoshop to show how 432 will look from the Hudson/ west side.

I think you are a bit off on size. Remember, this thing has a smaller girth than One57 and is much further from the Hudson than One 57th so while maybe the height is correct you made this look too massive - ie, too big around. At least that is what I think.

That'll be quite the extension of the concrete-pumping arm after this floor jump down to the lower level columns.

Yeah I think you are right. First it was even wider but I already narrowed it a bitIt was quite frustrating because every change I made there were a few spots with the wrong color etc, and first it was perfect on the black box building. Never mind, it's just to show how it will dominate even from that angle.

They again made some nice progress today:

9 am

And suddenly everything was white for a moment. But it dissapeared immediately.

Since there was a core jump I have updated my diagram. The building is now 24 meters or 78 feet tall

Roof height used below:
