I don't think there is work being done under it. I see them always welding in open air. I guess it's just for covering these areas so they won't get wet and dirty.

Very soon it is going to begin to stand out a bit! Which is probably a good thing, people will start to realize this tower and then the news will catch up.

looks like the cams got moved and point higher up on the building. That is ok but you can't see the action at the base.

Those are the forms. There wasn't any pour happened yet.

They do, you just can't see them because resolution of the cam is not sharp enough. It's kinda blurred.

The 57th Street and Park Avenue cameras would offer better views if they could be rotated to be in "portrait" mode rather "landscape".
