But if so, this sucks. Tomorrow will likely be a washout from rain. Just when they had good momentum...
That's funny... I totally forgot about Washington's b'day. So is this the storm that pummeled the midwest?

It is going to be awesome when it rises above 450 Park (391')!
And then can you imagine when it towers over it by over 1000'!!

It will tower over pretty much everything in the area.

the only union i am aware of having washingtons birthday are the operating engineers.

seems strange they would stop the job for their holiday. usually just pay them the holiday to work.

I thought that was the whole reason for president's day, combine both b-days into 1, so companies didn't have to pay OT twice to honor 2 of the greatest president's. I would rather see the holidays seperated so I could get OT twice as well, so I have a hard time beleiving their taking Washing B-day offf. My guess a staff meeting like the other user mentioned

I guess the cocoon is damaged or not in place.

debris netting is required at 6fl or 75ft, whatever comes first.

Wow, a full "stop work" order issued.

How could the people constructing this not know the law and follow it?!?!?!?!?!?

You would think if you are aiming to build a supertall you would know this stuff!! This has to be costing big bucks.
