Yeah, I believe the sheets weren't even off today. They only poured the core.

Nope, it will be beside the visible corner of Central Park.
Just behind this building

Here you go, bigreach, it will stand behind sony building.
And tim1807, I think 432 PA will still be visible from that angle.

Sony Building that i'm talking is half the height of 432PA and i think the roof must
be confined to the picture...

makeup day today...pouring the fourth floor slab

so it looks like the boom pump from the street pumps into another unit inside the core now which pumps it up to top of core and then they use that boom pump to distribute

They have a very large concrete pump sitting at grade...which they are not using yet...i imagine they will soon abandon the street boom and start pumping with this unit straight up through the core to boom on top

Top residential floor will be 85...86 and 87 will be mechanical...88 and 89 will be roof.
There are what appear to be double height open terraces...so in theory it looks possible.
I suppose someone could join 84 and 85 and at least partially open the ceiling for a double height room...there would be engineering issues and of course...lots and lots of $$$$$

I think they are also using both cranes to pour concrete by using buckets.

Both cranes are definitely using buckets. Have they in the past? It looks like they may be pouring the columns and/or beams, while the pumps are doing the floor.

57th Street crane with bucket:

Then the 56th Street crane reaches way over to the same area:

Work will probably be slower as they transition to 7 columns on the 57th street side.

I've been watching the cameras like a hawk for the past 30 minutes or so. Some interesting observations:

- They stopped using the 57th Street crane for concrete (or anything else).

- They stopped using the concrete pumps (retracted both booms).

- But they are using the 56th Street crane to dump a bucket of concrete on the floor slab about once every 5 minutes.

It looks to me like they were using the buckets to fill the perimeter columns and beams

they were probably using both methods to finish quicker...the poured a lot today

About 15 minutes later, it seems that it grow just a little bit more, but I think it ¡s done. I couldn't see it from the very begining, but I think that the whole jump took about half an hour.

Missed it again! so this was 15 days from the last core jump...but they lost what 5 days this round on the work stop? So hopefully 10 days when things are going right?

Half the floor slab has been done. At the other half working on the rebar.

Thanks for the update. I'd imagine they're only using the crane for buckets of concrete since they are working with a relatively small floor area and a lower height. As was said, they should transition over to the main pump soon enough.

The only visible pour was the floor slab, but they also poured a lot of the columns.
Btw, I didn't even noticed the core jump while watching the cam.
