New web site is impressive!!!

Time lapse is awesome...like the Time Machine

What you can't see in the web cams is that they are building a heavy duty side walk cover on 57 street today...so look for more action from that side of the building in the future

The new website looks great, nice renders. Cool timelapse too.
For the lower 800 feet the view towards downtown is blocked though. Because 383 Madison Avenue and the Metlife Building are in between.

This, together with 225 W 57th, Torre Verre, and One 57 will transform the northern Midtown skyline.

Imagine the approach towards midtown via the Ed Kock bridge at night, everything is lit up and this floating towers are dancing in the sky. Hold upon, only by the lights underneath them.

They also show the views in 360º at different heigths (1271, 1162, 1007 and 667 feet)

The views from 1271 feet (still more than 100 feet to go to the top, I guess the Pent House must be at about 1350 feet)

1271 ft looking north

1271 ft looking east

1271 ft looking south

From 667 ft. This view is kind of cool also, since you can see at about the roof height the buildings of midtown.

667 ft looking north

667 ft looking south

Yes, I noticed that too. You can see the truck delivering the concrete to the pump from the Park Ave. camera.

Those views are just insane. The highest occupied floor is at ~400m, so one lucky bastard is going to have arguably the best urban view in the world.

Well. I don't live in that building anymore since i moved further uptown in the upper east side in the 80's (no roof deck ).

We still have the apartment but we have been renting it out ever since. The building is located just off Park Avenue on 60th street. I'll definitely share pics once it rises high enough to see 432.

Once Tower Verre and Nordstrom joins One57 and 432 it will definitely be a site to see from the roof. Can't wait for that day to come.

Sales officially launch at 432 Park; building is more than 30 percent in contract:

http://therealdeal.com/blog/2013/03/...t-in-contract/

More than one third of the building’s residences are already under contract, the development team said in a statement today, with completion of the tower slated for 2015. Units available range in price from $20 million to $82.5 million, according to a spokesperson for the developers.

The price start at something like USD 5,000,000 for a one bedroom, not even close the USD 20,000,000 said by TRD.

What is going to be the facade of the building ? Glass and concrete ? I know it's trying to be different, but at the price I would expect hand-cut marble everywhere in and on the building.

Marble's not that great to use as an exterior cladding these days because it gets stained and becomes weak. Just look at what happened to First Canadian Place.

You're correct with glass and concrete, but we don't know how the glass looks like so far.

TRD referred to "available units." Maybe one bedrooms are all gone.
