The cladding looks absolutely incredible. It looks like marble

it's already huge, but it has to double before the pool level :-o

and then the maid level will be at 3x this height

and the residential units will only start at 4x this height

Were those pits caused by air bubbles? Or is it from concrete sticking to the forms? Also, there appear to be long, thin cracks. Hopefully they are superficial.

More like Spring Break. Workers are probably partying on Coney Island as we speak.

Will this tower have the same safety and green features as the new World Trade Center towers. Like this is a tall tower no telling what might happen, "you know what I mean".

Of course not, if this tower had the core of 1wtc there was no space left.

I could be wrong but width of a core is not necessarily the main factor in "plane resistance". The main factors are in my opinion thickness of the core and density of its wall grid. As an example I give a pic. From what I know (and I could be wrong of course) core A should be stronger against planes than core B.

Btw, if I am wrong I would appreciate more knowledgable folks to correct me

I thought the window openings were 10 X 10, but they must be larger. We have 6 window openings and 7 column widths making up a 93.5-ft width.

I measured the blue prints (using the 93'6'' width as a template) and got window openings of 11' width, and columns of 4' width (94 feet total).

Anyone have actual measurements for these values on the blue prints?

This building is going to be very impressive with the white concrete and the large glass windows set right at the edge. The light shade of the concrete means that the building will change more as the light and sky around it change.

How is it off topic.
We were talking about the safety of the building.
