Exactly. Hull still fails to see how it works. Work has started, yes. Preparation work has started. I don't see them constructing anything, do you?

Hull, how is digging the same as constructing a tower? Look at it this way, the ground isn't part of the building, they are preparing it for the building, therefore its prep U/C is when actual parts of the structure are being built

its already started foundation so id assume this year is a given. seeing as how skinny this tower is id say it could be done early 2013(IF WE ARE STILL ALIVE)

But I wouldn't be surprised if they do it steel/concrete, like 1WTC's core, since it's so thin..We'll see..
