They are adjusting and taking measures, and yes they zoomed the camera for this activity
For the third capture, they even zoomed the camera a little more.

Now it seems like the windows is in place.
Obviously it has some kind of protective film, we have to wait to them to take it off.

Notice the guy in a suit standing, with a very casual attitude, on the beam of the first floor.

If you look at it from an annual basis it works out to around 80 people an hour. So every SSC members gets to spend about 45 seconds a year in his NYC penthouse.

Haven't been here in the last few days so here comes my diagram update. The building is currently 76 meters or 248 feet tall

Roof height used below:

Looks like we will soon have a definitive answer to the exact distance the glass will be set-back from the concrete exterior!

My guess was always that the render was a rough approximation. This hesitance to proclaim certainty is based upon having observed how frequently reality ends up differing from renders. Similarly, even if turns out the same or different from the render, we won't know for sure how informed the artist was. But at least we will get to see the final appearance soon.

I get the impression that the glass is flush with the surface but looks set back due to interior framing around the windows, which is visible from the outside.

Let´s go for another apartment that not the penthouse, reduce the number of members pledging, raise the value per person a bit and all the logistics get a bit easier!

P.S. Thanks for all the photos guys

Both 99 Church and the Hudson Yards Coach tower should be added to your diagram as well! They'll be rising soon!

I was asking about the pool, just wanted mostly to see how it was gonna be constructed, this blue print looks different than like 3 others I've seen. Looks more like a lap pool, than a fun type party pool.

The vault in the lower center of the camera is for utilities i.e. electrical transformers etc

709,000 people are in this forum? I find that hard to believe. Unless this forum has been around since the 70's,, I didn't think there were that many ppl possibly interested and who knew about this site. If I had to guess I'd say 1000 members , and maybe 300 who post occasionally/monthly , and 100 or so who follow hardcore.
