Add to that the massive concrete columns and core.

Thats usually how it goes. I remember people were freaked out when SWFC was going to have a trapazoid instead of a circle.

OK folks, here it is, my updated diagram. The building is currently 104 meters or 341 feet tall, so it's now a highrise

Roof height used below

Hate to bring you down, guys, but about the best we could expect by the end of this year is 50 floors.
A few guys are walking around this morning, but nothing is really going on.

^ Yeah, we should be glad if the tower hits 700 feet by the end of the year.

So already 1/4 of total height - like it!

Just no concrete is being poured. But they are quite possible doing the rebar in the core. Also, the outside forms should jump soon as should the 56th Street crane.

This week has the 4th of July holiday. It is Thursday and I wonder if they will give everyone Friday and Saturday off as well to make a long weekend. I would think they would, as it is the decent thing to do. But for selfish reasons of wanting to see this baby rise I hope they don't.

That building is 119 meters tall iirc, so we're still 15 meters short of it

Is the following (below) this skyscrapers' floor plan?

What I like about it best is integration of the social part of the apartment (kitchen, living) and the integration of the private section (bed, bath, closet) without wasting space in between or corridors. Having a bath tub in front of the window tells me that whoever designed this knows what he is doing.

That's off course a floor plan for mortals. For those with a lot of trophy money in their pockets, there is always a whole floor. Took me whole minutes to take this one in
