I would certainly hope so - makes financial sense to do so too - the more frontings a unit has the better, so given the side of the area which could potentially be windowed there is a good buck to be made. Although the relic from the former building may look rather twee right now, I'm sure that in the long runa more conventional windowed facia would be more appropriate in this setting.

I believe there is 6 pieces of glass installed so far, that said I know I have seen at least 3-4 trucks pull up full of windows so I assume they are staging each floor in preparation to install.

No real rush to have them in but I would bet in 2-3 weeks or so once we have a few more jumps we will suddenly see them going in regularly.

There's a lot more to it than cutting a few holes out and sticking some windows in.
It's the side of a skyscraper ffs, you can't just bang holes in the wall.

Plenty of rebar going in today. We should expect form jumps in the early afternoon today. 57th crane is jumped, but 56th isn't. However, I can see the next two sections sitting near it, so it will probably jump today or tomorrow. Both cranes are very busy lifting.

Yeah, I hope they'll do something with the side of 450 Park as well, the poor thing looks like it's got an awful scar there. Either cut out some windows to match the rest of it, or give it a proper covering, it just looks sad the way it is.

At least they should put black metal cladding like what's on the rest of the tower.

This building is being built very fast, far quicker than what I thought. Does anyone know how much money this project costs?

Looks like they didn't jump forms today. Guess they'll do it tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I'd say $1,000,000,000-$1,500,000,000 is about average for projects like this. Bank of America Tower, which was built back in 2009, had the same cost. 432 has a really small gross square footage, which will account for less supplies thus less money naturally, yet uses higher quality materials, which will bring the cost back up a little. Probably why the number is where it is.

In the meantime, rebar is being poured right now. Cranes haven't jumped yet. Forms should jump in the next three or four hours. Cranes doing plenty of lifting, and external elevators are very busy.
