West, East, and South forms have been raised. Cranes are lifting. Next level of netting being removed. Perimeter is being poured. Also, they've put an American flag atop the building.

I can just start to see the crane from my job. It's going to be pretty crazy when it starts popping up!

Too bad that there still a quite large tower in front? It may take a while before you can see it.

What is that "in the way" tower? The top looks odd.

Hey, yankee fan for life, you have one of the most epic urban views from that roof. Countless architectural landmarks all around you.

432 Park Avenue will be 2Eye candy" from there.

may I make an off topic question?
are there still lands to build tall residential buildings in front of central park?
I believe 432 park avenue would be better if it was in front of central park...

The most boring tower ever, but apartments will be great and views to die for.

It's not boring. I don't think any other tower has such a height to width ratio.

The height alone makes in not boring.

Well, mostly there is no free space, however there are countless old lowrises which if not landmarked can be easily demolished to make space for new Towers. I don't remember about 157 but both 432 Pak and 225 West are built on sites that used to be occupied by old lowrises which they've thorn down
