Ok the last picture didn't last very long, so i'll repost it.

Should be 2 core jumps away from topping 450 PA.

replying from the tower verre thread, there's a little error so i post it here, relatable though. agree with the angle, i can't help it so i made a little photoshop on it, some flaws but try to look at the skyline as a whole. original image by vertical_gotham
I thought it'll pretty much look like this after completion, super!

although the position is a little off

The outside of this tower gives me dizziness.

What's the point of making it supertall if it's going to be freaking ugly, it's just a big tall box.

What else would it be?

The main issues people have with 432 Park Avenue stem from the architects opting to forgo variety in either form or facade; the result is a tower whose visual interest is primarily derived from its aspect ratio. I can't help but think the design of 432 Park belongs on a tower with one third of the planned height.

That's why this floor is taking so long. It looks like we might be working on a mechanical floor at the moment.

And the term "big ugly box" greatly oversimplifies the overall scheme for 432. Never before has a "box" done something so extravagant and elegant. The thinness, the concrete facade and wide windows do something that few other buildings have done before.

Yes, it's simplicity. height and slimness will be this towers attributes.

Some of the greatest skyscrapers in New York history (the old WTC, the Seagram) are just big tall boxes. Let's wait after this is complete to judge.

What's even more mind-blowing? It's not even going to be the tallest building on the street. To everyone complaining about having a tall box dominating this part of the skyline, think of it this way:

So long as 225 W. 57th has an excellent design (and based on the pedigree of the architects, we have every reason to expect it to be), the CPS skyline is going to have the same asymmetrical balance as Chicago from the Lake, with 225 playing the part of Sears and 432 as a svelte Aon, plus some other gems in between.

If you can imagine that, and still aren't happy about this tower, I don't know what to tell you.
