thanks. Has someone a drawing with the exact heights? Then it would be a simple matter of counting the floors.

I believe the core has jumped.

If so that makes the height about 110 now right?

The core of building is already visible from the top of the Rockefeller Center observatory (today even more, since the picture is dated july 31st)

This is an extract from a very large panorama, found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/9402440199/

Unit pricing from 432 Park Avenue Schedule A filings
http://therealdeal.com/wp-content/up...Park-chart.pdf

In the price list it shows Units 28A - 29P range from $1.5 to $4 Million and all of those units are only studio's. Not 1 bedrooms. These units are being marketed as staff apartments. (A very own apartment for the help)

The cheapest 1 bed on that list is $6.5 Million.

Here's a marketing article for 432 Park (Targeting International Buyers):
http://www.fly-2let.co.uk/news790.html

I post those charts, in case somebody is interested in purchasing an unit.
But hurry 'cause the prices are rising...

developers in my country would be extremely jealous of these kinds of price increases.

It's for the residents who want their help to have a place to live in w/o being under the same roof.

Those studios are meant for the help or if they choose to have an apt for their guests. Those studio's will not be sold individually but as complimentary for people buying apartments there.

I bet the majority who can buy here are plain liquid. They don't need any financing etc to purchase here. Space is a luxury in Manhattan and If you are paying $20 Million, what is another $3 Million for that space!
