56th crane section is gone, so it looks like it, probably along with the 57th crane, jumped today.

One upside is construction won't stall because of financing problems like One57 did.

They're expecting to make over double the cost of construction once all the residences have been purchased. Last I heard the majority of residences had been purchased, with about 60% bought by Americans surprisingly.

It's up to 70 % to Americans now.

When did one57 have financing issues? I knew they had a setback, but because of the hurricane.

It really is incredible that you can build a nearly 1400 ft tower for 1 billion, and sell whats inside for double.

True. It was all Sandy's fault. SpongeBob never should have saved her from that oyster back in '99.

One57 sat at roughly 20 stories for several months in the middle of construction, totally paused.

Thanks for the updates. That shot with the temporary supports in the interior makes this seem pretty decent sized to live in even after the finishing is done. Great photography.

On the 56th side, a red box has been placed on the perimeter platform. I've never seen anything like this before. Anyone care to guess what it is?

The architect of 432 Park Avenue, Rafael Viñoly, has already informed the media that 432 PA will be 96 floors high.

Why does this thread maintain the height as 89 fl?
