Is there a chance that it looks like that after a year from cleaning again ( acid rain, smog etc ) ?

They should spray it with nano spray. They would never have to clean it again. This thing does magic.

That might be a bad idea in NYC's salty and (in the summer) humid environment. It could shed stains onto the sidewalks and nearby buildings.
