Same here. It won't load, and I'm really curious to see what's on the ground over there (maybe some crane segments?).

So what does this mean? Does it mean that construction will go faster? I don't understand the point of a new crane in the middle of construction besides this.

The new crane is the hammerhead type right? Those cranes requires lots of space to move around hence they could have installed it only after surpassing surrounding towers. It's also probably faster to operate (less moving parts) and with greater range so I guess it will speed up the construction. That's why it's being installed. If I'm wrong please somebody correct me

Faster construction, crane gets jacked as the core climbs easier than having to place crane sections to move up look at Shanghai tower they have four mounted on the core also less clutter on the ground level once the 56 st crane is removed they can finish of the lower levels as this tower goes all the way through to lowest level
