Fairly easy calculation isn't it?

180/426= 42,25%

This is a case of Chinese kids on the internet being WAY too cynical...

If anything, I'm more pissed that they decided to make it "gold-plated." The original was far nicer.

Hey folks, I updated my diagram. The building currently has 38 apparent floors and is 180 meters or 589 feet tall

Roof height used below

That Chinese building is still exceedingly ugly.

I am sure the live feed cameras have a zoom feature. Perhaps they should consider using the zoom feature so we can see the construction in progress.

And many modern Hong Kong skyscrapers would fit well into NYC. These two cities have really similar modern architecture

Agreed, I love the wide angle view however either the 53rd or the 59th cams take your pick should be zoomed in so we can better see the floors taking shape.

Side note, lots more steel going in on the 56th street corner for the retail section.

Good morning New York.

No noticeable progress besides the construction of the next floor slab.

Excellent shot of midtown with Central Park however.

The wall on the south side has finally been raised and is now level/above the cabin on the crane, I wonder what will happen here?

I dunno but 3 cranes seem awfully too much for such a slim building so I think you are right
