Gentlemen,

The last completed poured floor was done on Saturday, November 2. This floor is the 34th apparent floor (34 apparent minus 4 double-height floors for 30 actual floors). The outer forms were raised this past Tuesday, November 12, with the core form raised yesterday, November 13. Although the outer forms were raised, the floor that is now hidden from view has not yet been poured, although the columns and perimeter beams had been poured prior to the now raised exterior forms.

The floor to be poured will represent the middle MEP floor. Once this floor is completed, the next floor to be formed will be a typical residential floor.

Part of the confusion comes from the fact that the cams have not been kept steady (some days panned out, other days panned in, angle changes, etc.), therefore making it somewhat difficult to gauge progress. It would be great if the angle and zoom were kept constant, and just raise the elevation as the building grows.

The open mechanical floors will be lit brightly, I assume by LEDs, although as far as we know they will be a simple white.

I doubt it, this is a residential skyscraper. These usually don't have fancy lighting. The residents wouldn't like more light pollution so the presence of such lights might decrease the money the developer can ask for these apartments

Yeah, residential buildings don't do the fancy lights typically.

Glad to see you back clearing things up for us man. You're far better at updates than I am.

hmm that's strange because in Dubai U.A.E. residential buildings do the fancy LED lights, I guess it's not a U.S.A. thing SIGH

At least their's one good thing that comes out of this 432 Park Ave and 225 West 57 st are taller than all of Dubai's residential towers. seeing those photos i can't believe 432 and 225 are going to be way taller than those towers especially the Princess Tower.

Who the hell would want LED lights on their house!! I need pitch black to sleep I would be pissed if I spent millions of dollars on an apartment and had to see lights flickering out of my window. I bet it would be like that Seinfeld episode where Rogers Chicken opened across from Kramers house.

As far as the Dubai Marina is concerned, who the hell would buy there. It is so far from everything and there are millions of beautiful villas everywhere in Dubai. At least Park avenue is built up
