The building is currently 191 meters or 625 feet tall. I updated my diagram with the latest progress

Hard one, the formwork yes, but the core itself, I don't know. But according to Kanto, it is higher.

Gentlemen,

Today the core formed has climbed, and the current floor slab being poured represents the 36th apparent floor (32 actual floors). This floor is a typical residential floor. Yesterday, the perimeter beams were cast.

With this floor being poured, it seems that 432 Park Avenue will have officially passed the Park Avenue Tower to its south, although the core form has already passed it.

Yes.

IBM building is 184m tall and 432PA is at 189m including one floor of climbing system.... The exposed part of core is at 184.5m which is 0.5m taller than IBM building.

At the top of 432 Park, the South side's perimeter forms seem to have been raised all the way now. From there the East and North will be raised. External elevators buzzing with activity in the meantime, especially the one on the corner of 56th and Park.

On the 56th Street side at the base, there are currently 2 concrete trucks on site and another truck I have yet to see where 3 men are unloading parts, though I'm not sure exactly what they are. They are square in shape and thin, but smaller than the windows by a little. I also got to see 2 guys throw away some trash bags, so I finally know where the site dumpster is.

Surely this is now fairly visible from Central Park?
Anyone gonna get any pics of the skyline to see how visible this is yet?

Sorry if this has been answered before but does anyone know why they are leaving the 56th street side crane, which is now almost useless, in place so long? I would really think they would want it out of the way by now.

Hey 432park.com webmaster, please pull wider and angle up a little bit on the 53rd street camera. Thanks.

191 metres. Are you not able to look at Kanto's diagram right above your post?

Just two more jumps (651ft) and it will surpass Sony Building (647 ft)
Another two (682ft) and it will be even with the Fours Seasons, So, maybe in less than 20 days, it will clear all its nearest neighbors in height.

A gif showing the path of the shadow over the IBM building I made the other day.

I'll be so happy to see it overtake the AT&T building. Not just because it will show how high this thing has gotten (in some countries outside the USA this would be their tallest building at 647 ft) but I'm hoping it will mask the horrible roof on the AT&T building, sadly its a nice building with a horrible crown imo.

It's not going to "mask" the top of that building, which most people see as an instantly-recognizable icon.

Not technically no, perhaps a poor choice of words. I'm hoping it will draw attention away from the top of the building. I'm not challenging its status as an icon although I would maybe say local landmark more than icon (not many people except us Skyscraper fans know the buildings history and I doubt the general public outside NYC or the USA could name it as they would the ESB or Chrysler-which are icons), my comment was specifically targeting the crown which I explained was my opinion.
