That's a tight one. 50.6% for 57th St now.

Easy

So now it's the 54th tallest in Manhattan and all of New York since it surpassed One Court Square. And the 160th tallest in the US.

Fog is covering the top of the building right now, but I can see 2 concrete trucks on site, so we probably have a pour occurring right now.

There is indeed, when you look at the base and wait, you'll notice the buckets passing by.

If the windows end up looking like that image, this building will be an excellent addition to the skyline. In that rendering, there is a light color around the outside of the windows, unlike the black we've seen in the construction photos. The concrete in the rendering is also cleaner than we see in reality, though not without gradations. Hopefully they will scour the concrete in some fashion once construction is complete.

Apologies to whomever posted the photo below (the top one), but I don't recall who it was.

You can see what a difference the light color around the windows makes.

South and East perimeter forms have been raised thus far. Pouring currently as well. I only see 1 concrete truck though.

Anyway, cranes and external elevators are buzzing. It's a great day today!

Edit: Another concrete truck just pulled up.

Yeah, it's not showing up yet in that picture. Look at this picture below and you'll see the relationship between 432 Park, its triangular black neighbor and the AT&T building. Those other two structures you can find in the lower left corner.
