The antenna of ESB is 50 feet higher.

I doubt they would bother with that.

Way too far, that's like 1,5 mile.

Hi Gramercy,

No, I don't think so. It's a bit out of my price range but I think that anyone who buys into this can probably do quite well at time of resale.

My apartment is a floor of an 1880s townhouse with north south orientation like a lot of apts in Manhattan. Front faces north and rear to the south so the view is out of a den and bedroom.

I think that 432 is an amazing building. I have always been a big fan of architecture and anything fibonacci but have started to really love square shapes. No matter how I look at 432 I can't see anything fibonacci but there certainly are squares.

In a few months, I'm replacing the windows in those rooms with black steel ones that look like this with a square grid design to overlook 432. The openings are 8'X8', so it should be interesting.

432 should have had windows like that. It would have provided much needed depth to the facade.

No way it's that far. 1 mile at the most. They could do something from the 102nd floor observatory and from a distance like that, being only 182 feet lower would be barely distinguishable. A zoom from there would be just fine.

Isn't there a webcam on top of ESB anyway? Does someone know the link?

Hey Nice place man, would love to live in Manhattan, you're gonna have plenty of us users envious of you.

The 53rd street cam needs to be raised, by the next core jump the tower will reach the top of the screen.

Found this webcam. I think 432 Park is visible just left of 383 Madison Avenue.

Pour going on right now. External elevators and cranes in full swing right now. More steel being installed at the "Apple" facility, including some nice X bracing.
