The building is almost even with the level of the 53rd st. camera.
Just a few more jumps to get even withe the 59th st camera. I guess that by the end of the winter it will get even with the level of that camera too.

NYTT is still taller, even if you don't count the spire.

Indeed, the 21st tallest in the city and the 74th tallest in the US. edit: and the 400th tallest in the world.
Around this height there are many towers. The next few jumps it wil overtake a lot of towers.

a few weeks ago 432 park ave overtook Mumbias world one tower as new next tallest resi!
432 park ave should hold the reign as worlds tallest resi probably for a year or so

I'm surprised to see Pentomium still on the chart. Any reason to believe that will start up again?

Yeah, I agree. I count it to the top of the decorative crowny mesh stuff, but the chart over at SkyscraperPage didn't have that option, so I went with roof height.

No one knows what will happen but tower cranes are still on site and it seems like the developers are just waiting on the market. It more than likely be restarted sometime in the future so might as well keep it on the diagram, it's good to see what could potentially trump the buildings U/C.

Not only that, but due to the lack of proper cladding and smaller floor plates it will be completed sooner. As CULWULLA mentioned, 432 PA will be the world's tallest residential building for at least a year.

It looks like you may need to add the 2000ft Chicago Spire to that diagram soon the developer was able to find some funding to keep the project going info here

Central Park is amazing under any conditions.

432 is starting to show itself amongst the clutter. I'm going to guess that by May people on the street will start to say, "What the hell is that?"

It's over halfway, actually. Half of 426 meters is 213 meters. This is already at 231 meters.
