Was about to ask about how prominant the crane looks now it has jumped again but you have answered my question!

This is where the building really starts to make its mark on the skyline as it starts to shoot way above the plateau

Just to think in hopefully 2-3 weeks this tower will be around as tall as the cabin on the crane! :O

The height should've stopped right about here to make it look ok proportionally wise. I'm so curious how it'll turn out. (yes I know the renders should say enough, but still...)

An entire row of uncovered windows! Hopefully the rest will rise uncovered as well.

Re-sized this one for 16:9 monitor viewing (same photographer shared by DesertPunk above):

A crop of the same photo confirms that views of the ESB (from which this photo was taken) from the Four Seasons hotel are now mostly blocked by 432 Park:

I think that more of the views of the Chrysler building from certain rooms in the FS hotel might have survived 432's construction, though, as it's a bit more off-line:

I've been trying to take pictures from the same spot on my terrace every few days to make a stop-motion .gif as it grows - I posted an early version a while back... Seems like it's grown enough since then to make it worth posting an update (had to do a "zoom out" to get it to fit in the frame about 6 weeks ago - it's a couple of jumps away from breaking through the top of the picture again ):

And, here's a clear view from 1st Avenue this morning:

Just took this shot with a zoom lens - check out the guy in the window - REALLY gives some perspective as to the size of this thing!

Higher up glass looks like it has different covers to the lower windows?

It's deceptive because he apparently doesn't have any legs.

Good to see they raised the formwork so quick after the last one.

Out of boredom I decided to make a comparison to see how much it is in progress.

It ain't very detailed but oh well.
