The crane can now be seen on the Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel cam:

Hey folks, sorry for not being here for 3 months, I had real life problems. But now I'm back and i bring you a long over due update. The building currently has 54 apparent floors and a height of 255 meters or 837 feet. On the diagram below we can see that it is currently very close to beating 5 top ranked NYC buildings. 40 Wall street with an estimated height of 258 meters (although this is just an estimate based on the highest occupied floor number and the SSP drawing, there is no official data on this building), the AIG building with a height of 259 meters, the GE building with a height of 260 meters, the Trump Tower with a height of 262 meters and Beekman with a height of 265 meters (back when I made this diagram SSP said it was 267 meters tall, however now it says it is only 265 meters tall and CTBUh says the same thing, so I'll go with the new height)

Roof height used below

Wow! Great Diagram! Now it's apparent that with another 30 feet, we'll have a supertall!

That is a good angle. Most of the tower can be seen already.

I would pay for that.

Btw, 432 PA is now the city's 14th tallest, but 7th by top floor height.

Also it's the 45th tallest in the US, and the 240th tallest inthe world.

Stolen from Ghostface from the 1WTC thread... But in 5 more core jumps 432 will be the same height as the Citigroup Centre, which is quite visible in this shot, Can't wait for a photo to be taken from this angle in a few months time!

I agree. You have to know where to look to find it now.

Indeed, I think what's making it hard to spot is that the perimeter forms are roughly the same height as the Bloomberg tower which is a main reason as to why it blends in to the skyline atm, a few more jumps and it will be well above anything in its nearby surroundings (other than Citigroup which appears a fair distance from it in most shots anyway)

That is my fav angle of this tower, also love how it's positioned between Citigroup and bloomberg.. I always pass by there; its up 43rd avenue in queens. Next time when the tower rises again I'll bring my camera
