That Jeff Lewis pano from the Top of the Rock provides some nice zooms:

BTW, does the website seem to be displaying in a weird fashion to anyone else?

You can see it much better with the naked eye than with this iPhone picture but 432 is now plainly visible from the 215th Street platform at the far end of Manhattan.

If your platform is PC, just press Ctrl & scroll mouse... (also it helps to plug your PC with a HDMI cord into your biggest flat-screen TV)

There's a video in this article with great shots of 432 rising out of smoky Manhattan. Did anybody else smell the fire this morning?

You can see the video on 4 NY's Instagram as well: http://instagram.com/p/mfhl3xQwfP/

Thanks for highlighting it for those who can't see it. With the naked eye it is actually quite clear - you can easily see the crane on top of it.

This building will really stand out from this direction. You can see the Chrysler building on its left and a fair ways over you can see the ESB and One57. This building already appears as prominent as those from this direction yet it has another 500 feet to go. This building will really stand out

As for the building itself, when the huge glass panes are all installed it will look a lot better.

432 Park Avenue continues its upward climb, with the latest floor pour (49th actual floor, 54th apparent floor), exterior climbing forms risen, with the core currently being poured. In addition, some column rebar for the future columns have been placed.

I have followed this project with interest, and have created a series of drawings illustrating the typical cycle of construction. Starting with the pouring of floor 55, the cycle begins.
