By now, the uninformed citizen must be starting to think "wtf is this ever going to stop rising?!"

...which it isn't for a while

yeah that sounds about right they don't care yet. I inform some friends and family sometimes when I see the tower in view, but the subject is changed quickly

this apartment's window distribution (3-6-2) suggests there is a type i haven't seen yet (B)

I am constantly pointing buildings out to people and talking their ears off, especially my poor girlfriend.

There are some great interior renders on the building's home page. http://www.thepinnaclelist.com/blog/...e-new-york-ny/

This one is my favorite. (poor little'ole Chrysler building)

Some other good ones.

This is a fantastic vantage point. In a couple years it'll be an ideal spot from which to take a panorama that fits every major Midtown cluster, from 57th St. to the Hudson Yards.

According to Wikipedia and SSP diagrams, 40 Wall Street is 927 ft / 283 meters to the spire, so it was already passed with last jump.

Anyway, considering the speed it has had over the past weeks, by next week (about may 7th) it should be another jump, bringing the height to 961 ft. surpassing 70 Pine St. Spire.

By the beggining of the following week (about may 12th or 13th) it may happen another jump, to 976.5 feet, making it almost even with 4WTC. and later that same week (may 16th or 17th) it could be another jump more, making it 992ft or 302 meters, thus becoming a supertall.

And by the week after that (about may 21st- 22nd) it could reach 1007.5 ft, surpassing both the 1000 ft mark and One57 by three feet.

They didn't have it listed to the roof, so you get spire.
