I was thinking the same thing too, but I wasn't sure. Are there any residential towers with special lighting? Taipei 101 and Shanghai Tower are technically part residential, right? But they're in Asia, which, again, might make a difference.

So, based on the renderings, I'm not sure how any part of the building can be lit rainbow. If you want rainbow pride, your best bet is One World Trade Center's spire.
Each mechanical floor could be lit a different color.

Do you guys really think they would be able to convince people to pay tens of millions for a condo that will occasionally be lit up like a rainbow? And why would they do it?

I was only giving my opinion how it could be done. Do I think the snobby, rich tenants would want it done? No.

It's amazing how skinny the tower appears on the skyline. It's really like a little smokestack, you'd almost miss it if you didn't look carefully!

It's not that skinny and believe me, noone is going to miss a 1,400 footer to the roof.

Looks like the core has jumped, presumably finishing off the half core jump from the other day/week...
If so, this is now ~335.3m or 1,100 feet tall!

I thought the GM was a huge building, but it looks tiny compared to this.

Several windows on the lower floors of the west facade are visible. The glass is dark and nice.
