This is also pretty close to Central Park. The upper floors on the north side and even the west side will have beautiful views of the park.

I think I would feel really vulnerable living up that high.

No way is that from the current roof height. Look over to One57... it's nowhere near completed, so this is from a while back.

This may be an old drone image to represent the current roof height.

He got that from the 432 Park Avenue website, which shows how views are from the building. My guess is that they flew a drone up there and had it take pictures a while back before the building was very tall.

Never seen it from this perspective at night. The mechanical floors are starting to get noticed. Can't wait for them to be lit up, and to think there's about 10 fls to go.

Yes, that camera offers a pretty cool view, and it can really be zoomed in! Here are some captures. And as SMCYB said, you can also see 30 Park Place and 56 Leonard.
The image is updated once every day. Sometimes the crane of 30 Park Place is on the way, I had to wait a few days for the crane not to obstruct the view.

As others have implied, the building is more easily overlooked amidst a city overrun by skyscrapers. especially when the morass of buildings limits your viewing angles.

In Charlotte this become visible from most anywhere. In NYC you have to pick and choose the right angles, so if you're not looking for it odds are you might not see it.

Makes the 647' (197m) Sony Tower look small - This view is from Queensboro Plaza

One of the greats of the NYC skyline. I am suprised that most people in NYC haven't heard about this building.

Somehow I don't think anyone who will be buying will be attempting to raise any rugrats here . A master bedroom and a guest bedroom is probably enough.

332 square meters=3573 square feet-hell, that's three times the size of my current 3 bed/2 bath house!
