You're right, thanks for the correction!.

Victhor,

A very nice diagram you have done!! It reminds me of the two wall-length posters I have of Manhattan that came out some years ago, The Manhattan Skyline Portraits, one showing the buildings seen from the East River, the other showing buildings seen from the Hudson prior to September 11, 2001.

I also like the diagram you have done, showing the upward trend in heights through the decades.

Very well done, Victhor!!

Your architecture project sounds pretty intriguing. I'd love to see the final product once you're finished.

It's like the Flatiron Building all over again. I bet people are like "How the hell does this building not blow over"?

Perfect diagram displaying the scale of the construction boom in the city. The only thing the diagram is missing are 1 WTC, 4 WTC and the BofA tower as those were definitely the most significant construction projects of the past 10 years. But otherwise, very good.

I wonder where we'll be in another 10 or 20 years. Makes me excited for the future!

My classmates are talking about this building more and more. It's amazing how long it has taken some people to take notice, but that's also kind of why I love this building...it blends into the skyline so well that it only recently started grabbing peoples' attention once it emerged from the midtown plateau. Especially for those who don't follow skyscraper construction, it really caught them off guard!

Love this tower.

I think he focused on residentials. That is why these towers aren't in the diagram.

It is an excellent diagram. If you want to see all the buildings in New York during this time you can use these search parameters at Skyscraperpage.com:

Been to NY 1 month ago. I saw that building and it's just wonderful, a new landmark for sure.

Does anybody know how much will it cost for some apartment there?
