My grandmother grew up close to Gramercy Park and she used to tell me, when I was little, about watching the construction of the Flatiron Building. I'm sure it fed my interest in skyscrapers. She was about 9 or 10 years old when it opened.

NEW view from my window

I designed the windows to mimic 432. My tribute to the tower. Took a year from concept to find a company to manufacture and install.
