Looks like construction of Cloud City is progressing nicely...

There's no mistaking this bad boy now in the skyline. Its domination is incredible.

There's a new kid in town....and he has the highest roofline in all of NY (even a higher roofline than 1 WTC).

I saw the website for this place a while ago, I thought it was a great idea but at the time it was barely 5 stories high, now it's really progressing... and I like it!
If only I was rich enough to live in one of those full-floor penthouses!
This smilie really sums up 432 Park Avenue compared to 1 WTC

BTW, does anyone know if it's getting a proper name? Instead of just it's address...

From this video by QUEENSNY121 you can see very clearly that it is not topped out yet. Only the core is. Core is one floor short of the top height of the perimeter to be.

Are the mechanical floors being lit? Obviously, being apartments, the livable floors themselves will have whatever lighting the occupants want. So there will be no uniform colour scheme. But will those gaps remain dark or will they be illuminated in some fashion?

The address is the name of the building. No wacky made up names in this case - they sound ridiculous most of the time anyway

According to the Times article, it's topped out.

Quote:
On Friday, the 104-unit condominium tower reached its peak of 1,396 feet. At 96 stories, it is arguably the tallest building in the city.
So I guess we have confirmation on that now. But it makes sense given the flag.

Only the core has. Core is at level 11 counting up from the last mechanical floor...

Isn't this the case ?

Oh...That's an older pic by the way but you can see the core floor by floor...

I was on the Met's rooftop garden today. 432 Park is an utter landmark.
